7 Days of Self-Care – Day 7 – Good As Hell

Today’s Self-Care Activity

Feeling Good?

For our last day we are going to dedicate some time to traditional “self-care”. Have a hot bath or shower, moisturise from top to toe, maybe put on a face mask or do a little at home mani-pedi. This is about spending some time looking after yourself.

Today’s Journaling Prompt

I’m Good As Hell!

For our final journal prompt I would like you to write down everything you LOVE about yourself.

Share your spread in the Bullet Journal Squad community.

A BIG THANK YOU!

Today is the last day of this years challenge and it’s been a blast! A huge thank you to everyone who has taken part and shared their progress.

We have created this fab “I can buy myself flowers” Gonk sticker in honour of the challenge – Great to stick in your journal or on your water bottle to remind yourself that self-care isn’t selfish!

As an additional thank you, we’re also giving you 10% off your next order*! Just use code: SCC23-THANX

*Code valid until 31 Dec 23.

I live in Essex in the UK with my gaggle of furry friends including Daisy the dog. I have had lifetime passion/obsession for beautiful stationery and to do lists which has lead me to the wonderful world of Bullet journals. When I first starting bullet journaling it struck me the lack of UK based resources for journal accessories which lead me to create my own. I know have my very own webshop selling my hand made journal stencils and ship all over the world and am just as enthusiastic as I ever was about stationery and organisation!!
