How do I keep up to date with VIP perks and events?
All of this information will be published on our VIP notice board. We will also send an email to let you know when we have added a new post. Please ensure you are opted in to our newsletter with the same email used for your VIP membership.
How do I join the VIP Facebook Community?
You can also join our friendly Facebook community, exclusively for VIPs!

You will need the password that was emailed to you when you signed up for membership.
How do I access my FREE printables?
If you have an active VIP membership, all of our printable resources are automatically discounted and available to download free of charge.
Where do I watch the Monthly Masterclass?
Links to the monthly masterclasses are be shared within the blog post on the VIP notice board. We may also communicate via email. In order to receive these emails you must be opted in to our newsletter marketing with the same email used for your VIP membership.
How do I access the VIP Members Shop
You will need to be logged into your account to gain access to these areas.
How do I gain priority access to new product launches?
We provide VIP priority access to some of our product launches. You will be informed of these via the VIP notice board and via email newsletter.
To gain priority access to the new products please make sure you are logged into your account and the relevant products will automatically be shown. The products can be found in the Priority Access Shop and also within their individual product categories.
I’m a new subscriber, can I buy past VIP stencils?
All of our subscription boxes are limited edition. If we have any stock remaining after subscribers have received their boxes, we will add them to the “Past Boxes” section of our shop. (Be quick – Once they’re gone, they’re gone!)
When is payment taken for my VIP membership?
Payment is taken at sign-up, and then on the 1st of each subsequent month until you pause or cancel.
How do I pause or cancel my membership?
You can log into “My Account” to view, edit, pause or cancel your subscription. You will also continue to have access to the VIP Members Zone for the remainder of the month that you have made payment for.
Silver and Gold VIP
When is the VIP exclusive stencil dispatched?
Payment is made on the first of each month, with the stencil dispatch 2-3 days later.
If you subscribe part way through a month, your first stencil will be the current month’s design and will be dispatched 2-3 days after sign-up.
How do I change my address?
If your upcoming payment has not yet been taken, you can log into “My Account” and change your shipping details within your subscription.
If the membership renewal has already processed and payment has been taken you will need to drop us an email to email@example.com and we can do this for you.
How do I use my VIP discount?
If you have an active Gold VIP membership you will receive 10% discount on all stencils and 5% on Kits and Bundles. This will be applied automatically while you are logged into your account.
