Subscriber Shop

As long as your subscription remains active you will automatically gain access to our Subscriber Shop (no password required!). 

It contains exclusive designs, storage, and journal accessories, not available to anyone else!

Subscriber Discount

You will also receive a 10% discount on all of the items included in the Subscriber Shop.

In addition to exclusive subscriber products, this may also include a selection of main store items from time to time!

Digital Content

Each quarter there will also be a selection of digital resources to level up your journaling.

These may include phone wallpapers, co-ordinating scrapbook paper and more!

Payment & Shipping

our first payment will be taken at the time of sign up.
Quarterly payments are then taken on the 1st of January, April, July, and October
Subscriptions ship on or around the 1st of March, June, September and December.

January payment = March box
April payment = June box
July payment = September box
October payment = December box

If we have stock left over after dispatch, standalone boxes will be available to buy from the ‘Past Boxes’ section of the shop here.

Shipping is by standard Royal Mail post, therefore there will be no tracking details.

We estimate shipping time to be 2-3 days in the UK and 1-2 weeks for the rest of the world.

The boxes are letterbox friendly!

Can I buy a one-off box without subscribing?

In order to guarantee yourself a box, you will need to subscribe either via direct debit or 6/12 month pre-pay. If we have any leftover boxes, they will be added to the Past Subscription Boxes shop section after the dispatch date (1st March, June, September, and December). When these are gone, they are gone forever!

Postage is NOT included with past boxes, however they can be combined with other items from the shop.

(The Quarterly Subscription option includes postage, and also allows you to pause your subscription if you aren’t keen on a theme – Win win!)

Tell me about the contents – Will I receive duplicate items?

The stencils, stickers and Washi tape contained within our subscription boxes will always be brand new and exclusive designs, never sold previously in our shop. 

We design all of our journaling goodies in-house, so you won’t find them anywhere else either!

When will I find out the new theme?

On or shortly after the day of our quarterly box dispatch (the 1st of March, June, September and December) we update the Subscription Home Page with the next theme. We also send out a newsletter with this information.

I don’t like the upcoming theme – Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, absolutely! You have a month until the next payment is taken to pause. Please log into Your Account and place your subscription on hold before payment is taken.

No further payment will be taken until you re-activate your subscription.

I’ve moved house! Can I change my address?

Yes, totally! Prior to payment being taken each quarter, you can update your details by logging into Your Account and updating the subscription details. If payment has been taken for the next box (and an order generated) you will need to email us on and we can change this for you.

Where do I find the password for the Subscriber Shop?

There are no passwords! As a subscriber you automatically gain access to the shop. You can access the shop via our Subscriber Zone!

How do I cancel my subscription?

There is no minimum term, so you can cancel or put your subscription on hold at any time by visiting Your Account.
