PAYMENT INFO

  • PRE-PAY: The full 6 or 12 month payment will taken when you sign up, and every quarter (as per schedule below) you will receive a zero-charged email confirmation.
  • DIRECT DEBIT: The first payment will be taken at the time of sign-up, followed by a quarterly payment as per the schedule below.
  • You will always receive the current quarter’s theme as your first delivery. This will be the theme labelled as the current theme in the Quarterly Sub Gallery.
  • All subscriptions include free postage inside the UK.
  • Worldwide postage for the duration of the subscription term is added at sign-up.

POSTAGE INFO

  • Your subscription will be shipped by regular Royal Mail post, therefore there will be no tracking details.
  • We estimate shipping time to be 2-3 days in the UK and 1-2 weeks for the rest of the world.
  • The packaging is letterbox friendly!

SCHEDULE

Quarterly direct debit payments are taken on the 1st of January, April, July, and October.

Subscriptions ship on or around the 1st of March, June, September and December.

  • January payment = March box
  • April payment = June box
  • July payment = September box
  • October payment = December box
