B5 measures in at 176 x 250mm, falling exactly half way between A5 and A4. This size strikes a balance between being compact enough to carry around conveniently and providing a more substantial writing area.

Each sheet is A5 in size, which means that it fits perfectly onto a B5 page with no trimming necessary (we have added a decorative trim line incase you wanted to cut down to add to an A5 journal).
