I’m joking, obvs… But I do think Journal Patches may be my favourite ever “invention”! You’ll be hearing more about these very soon but, for now, heres a little update from HQ!
This month we kick off the 2024 newness with not one, but two new product launches. It’s been all go at HQ and I’ve been busy spinning so many plates (seriously, I’ve got lists up to my eyeballs!).
In no particular order, this is what we are working on right now
- Lucky Dip box launch and dispatch (they sold out in a record 50 minutes!).
- A total revamp of the Hybrid planner range.
- The final stages of the next BIG ONE.
- Branded packaging (v. exciting).
- B5 Grid Guide Launch on our website/Amazon/Etsy.
- Opening a TikTok shop!
- Journal Project Kit website resource.
- 7 Days of Self-Care 2024
- and of course… Journal Patches!
Despite repeatedly telling myself I need to scale our launches down a bit, I always get far too over excited with new ideas and it all goes out of the window. With the list above, you’d be forgiven for thinking we had a team of 20 people here at OAD HQ, but no, it’s just the power team of 4!
I hope you’re as excited as me for all the fun stuff we have planned this month, more details on everything will be dropping soon, but for now keep reading for a little taster!

WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS MONTH?
Launch 1 – 11th February 2024
For the first launch of the month we are bringing you a BRAND NEW invention… Journal Patches!
We’ve taken 4 of our favourite designs and converted them into stunning embroidered patches. But here’s the clever bit… Rather than sew on or iron on, these have a permanent 3M adhesive back which means you can apply them to your planner or journal!
We also have two new Hybrid Planner binders with a stunning rainbow effect to share, along with our Simplify co-ords and a B5 version of the fabulous Grid Guide!
We’ll share all the details for this launch very soon!
Launch 2 – 25th February 2024
For the second launch of 2024, we will be bringing you another new product!
This time it’s our Journal Project Kits!

2024 – 7 Days of Self Care
On the 29th of February we open the doors for our 2024 “7 Days of Self Care”!
An annual tradition at Oops a Daisy, our 7 days of self-care provides a framework for a whole week dedicated to self care, which will take place on 10th-16th March.
This years theme is “Unapologetically You!”, a week of challenges and prompt created to celebrate how brilliant and unique you are! We are also delighted to say that the fabulous Emma at Sunshine Lane will be hosting the event with us!
This year we are using the challenge as a way to raise funds for another charity close to our hearts, the wonderful staff of Harlow Fields, a school and college dedicated to children and young people with special educational needs. We will be sharing more about why we’ve chosen this cause closer to the launch of our challenge.
The challenge this year will have a bingo format, where you can schedule the order that you complete the self care tasks and call BINGO! We will have 2 exclusive livestreams, a bunch of digital resources, a challenge Facebook community and much more (did someone say bingo prizes?)
