My name is Lou, I’m 37 and live with my husband Chris, our 12 year old daughter Nicole, and our black cat Missy. My favourite things to do are spending time with family, baking, bullet journaling and cleaning – All things that fill my cup and help to relax my mind!

Why I Journal
About 5 years ago I was beginning to feel overwhelmed and disorganised with all areas in my life. I looked on Pinterest for ways to help, came across Bullet Journaling, and decided to give it a try! I have never looked back! Creating all the different layouts always helps me to take time out for myself and relax, and getting everything down on paper stops the overwhelm as I can clearly see what needs to be done and when.

- I met my husband online in a chat room many years ago.
- I hate all cheese! (Yes even cheesecake!)
- I went to a bottomless brunch with best friends and we ended up getting matching tattoos!
