Today you are going to move your body and raise your heart rate! If you are not someone who enjoys exercise I know that this may fill you with a sense of dread. But TRUST ME, you will thank me afterwards. Remember, it’s just 30 minutes of your day, it could be something as simple as a brisk walk, a run or even an online workout!
