When will my payment be taken?
Monthly Subscription: (Themebox and VIP Membership)
First payment is taken at time of subscription. Subsequent payments on 1st of every month unless you pause or cancel.
Quarterly Subscription: (Big One)
First payment is taken at time of subscription. Subsequent payments on 1st of January, April, July, and October unless you pause or cancel.
Prepaid Subscription: (Big One, Themebox, VIP)
Your prepaid subscription will automatically be taken every 6 or 12 months depending on your original selection. If you pause the subscription during the original term it will alter the renewal date. You can check your next payment date via the subscriptions tab in “My Account“.
When will my subscription be sent?
Themebox: On or before 14th of each month.
Big One: On or before 1st March, June, September and December.
Silver/Gold VIP Membership Stencil: On or before the 3rd of each month.
How do I change my address?
If your upcoming payment has not yet been taken, you can log into “My Account” and change your shipping details within your subscription.
If the subscription renewal has already processed and payment has been taken you will need to drop us an email to orders@oopsadaisyuk.com and we can do this for you.
How long will my subscription take to arrive?
Within the UK: Our subscriptions are sent via the Royal Mail 48 service. Standard delivery times are up to 5 days. Please allow longer during busy periods.
Outside of the UK: Our subscriptions are sent by Royal Mail international Standard. Delivery times vary depending on location. Find out more here.
Can I change my subscription tier?
Yes absolutely! For our subscriptions that have multiple tiers (Themebox and VIP Membership), please drop us an email prior to payment being taken (1st of the month) and we can do this for you.
Please Note: This change will take effect from the next payment taken. It does not change the tier of any subscriptions that we have already taken payment for.
Can I change from a regular subscription to prepaid?
Yes! Pop into your the subscription tab on “My Account” and click “Upgrade to prepaid”
When does my prepaid subscription end?
Your prepaid subscription will automatically renew at the end of the initial term.
You can check when this payment will be taken by logging into “My Account“
How do I stop my prepaid subscription from renewing?
Your prepaid subscription is set to automatically renew at the end of the initial term.
You can check when this payment will be taken by logging into “My Account” and selecting your prepaid subscription.
If you don’t wish for any further payments to be taken please click “Cancel when prepaid ends”.
Where do I find the next theme?
We announce the upcoming theme for both our monthly and quarterly subscriptions, via our blog, around 2 weeks before the next payment is due. Make sure you are signed up for blog notifications so you don’t miss out!
Once the payment has been processed you will find the theme on the Big One and Themebox subscription pages.
I don’t fancy the theme, can I skip?
Yes, absolutely! We inform subscribers of the upcoming theme via our blog, approximately two weeks before the next payment is due to be taken. If you would like to skip the next box please log into “My Account” prior to the payment date and click “Suspend” to pause your subscription. The subscription will remain paused until you activate it again.
Please note: Pausing your subscription will also pause access to members only area of our website, including the subscriber shop.
If you have prepaid for a subscription your next payment date will be delayed by the number of boxes you miss.
My subscription is on hold, but I would like the upcoming theme. When should I unpause?
In order for a payment to be taken for the upcoming month’s theme, you will need to unpause your subscription before the regular payment date. (for monthly subscriptions this is the 1st of the month, for quarterly it is 1st Jan, Apr, Jul and Oct).
If you decide to reactivate after this date, you will need to contact us to manually process your payment.
My subscription is on hold, but I would like the current theme. Is it too late?
If you decide you would like the current theme after the set renewal date*, you will need to contact us to manually process your payment.
*For monthly subscriptions this is the 1st of the month, for quarterly it is 1st Jan, Apr, Jul and Oct.
My subscription hasn’t arrived…
If your order has not arrived within our accepted time frame (see below), please contact us on orders@oopsadaisyuk.com.
**Please DO NOT send order enquiries via social media or send the same message via multiple different platforms. This will only cause confusion and delay our response to you**
– UK: 2 weeks
– Europe: 4 weeks
– USA / CANADA / AUSTRALIA / ROW: 6 weeks
PLEASE NOTE: As our subscriptions are not sent via a tracked service we cannot locate your parcel and cannot give any further information before this timescale has lapsed.
How do I change my payment details?

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can log into “My Account” to view, edit, pause or cancel your subscription.
If payment has already been taken for the next box, it will still be dispatched to you. If you don’t want to receive the next box, please make sure you cancel before the next payment is taken.
You will continue to have access to the subscriber zone for the remainder of the period that you have made payment for.
I’m a new subscriber, can I buy past boxes?
All of our subscription boxes are limited edition. If we have any stock remaining, after our subscribers have received their boxes, we will add them to the “Past Boxes” section of our shop.
Where can I find additional items to co-ordinate with my subscription?
If the theme allows, we will occasionally create additional items to co-ordinate with the theme. You can view these items within our exclusive subscriber shop!

Please note: You will need an active subscription to access to subscribers shop and subscriber perks.
Where can I find the digital items to co-ordinate with my subscription?
Every quarter we create a digital bundle to co-ordinate with the quarterly colour palette. You will find these in the “All Subscribers” section of the subscriber shop.
Any additional Themebox or Big One digital downloads will be listed within the “Whats inside the box” blog post and can be found within the specific subscription sections of the subscriber shop.
