It’s that time of year again, and in anticipation of the busiest postal time of the year we have created some guidelines in order to answer some of our most commonly asked questions!
When do I need to order to receive in time for Christmas?
We have created the following graphic to outline the Royal Mail guidelines for last shipping dates. We STRONGLY advise you select a tracked shipping option if your order is time sensitive. These are the packages prioritised by Royal Mail.


When do you close for Christmas?
We will be dispatching parcels up until lunchtime on 22nd December. After this point our website will remain open to take orders but HQ will not be staffed again until Tuesday 2nd January.

My order hasn’t arrived!
If your order has not arrived within our accepted time frame (see below), please contact us on orders@oopsadaisyuk.com.
**Please DO NOT send order enquiries via social media or send the same message via multiple different platforms. This will only cause confusion and delay our response to you**
– UK: 2 weeks (extended to 3 weeks during December)
– Europe: 4 weeks
– USA / CANADA / AUSTRALIA / ROW: 6 weeks
PLEASE NOTE: If you have not selected a tracked option, we cannot locate your parcel and cannot give any further information before this timescale has lapsed.
I haven’t received a dispatch email
We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of receiving the order, up until our final shipping day on 22nd December 2023.
If you have not received a dispatch email please do not panic, it may have gone to your junk mail.
In order to find out the status of your order, log into “My Account” and select the orders tab. Your orders will have one of the following status’:
- Processing – We are still packing your order and it should be leaving HQ soon
- Completed – Your order has been shipped
- Pending Payment – Your payment hasn’t been processed successfully
- Monthly Sub – Awaiting the monthly dispatch date
- Quarterly Sub – Awaiting the quarterly dispatch date
- VIP – VIP sub awaiting the monthly dispatch date
My order isn’t time sensitive, can I still order after last shipping?
Yes absolutely! We will continue to accept orders all throughout the festive period. If received after 22nd December we will ship on our return to the office.

Polite Request – No Order Enquiries via Social Media
We know that shipping delays are frustrating (they are for us too), however in order to allow myself and the team to take a break over Christmas, we will not be responding to any order related queries posted on our social media pages/sent via DM or in the Oops a Daisy Facebook groups. Please send your query via email and it will be dealt with asap within working hours. If this query is sent after 22nd December then it will be dealt with on or after 2nd January.
