12 Days of Planning – Prompt 3 – Stay Positive

We’re not going to lie, starting new habits is hard! So, let’s give ourselves some positive encouragement.

Using your new stickers and Pocket Stencil, create an uplifting spread of 10 things you love about yourself. Think about how can these positive traits can help you achieve your goals.

When you’re done, spend some mindful time colouring in your Super Easy Sticker Sheet and stick it in your journal.
