There has been a lot of news surrounding Royal Mail, including significant price rises over the last 2 years.
We know that times have been challenging for many people, and for that reason we have avoided changing any shipping fees, absorbing any additional costs ourselves.
We have been (and will continue to) investigate other shipping providers, to enable us to offer the best value and most reliable service to our customers.
At the present time we will continue to use the Royal Mail service and have adjusted our structures to encourage as many orders as possible to be sent via a tracked service – this is especially important with silly season (AKA Christmas) fast approaching!
All shipping options now have an approximate shipping timescale shown at checkout. Please note that these have been created using Royal Mail guidance, however there will likely be delays at busy times!
These changes will take effect immediately, allowing you to take advantage of the new structure for this weekend’s launches

OVERVIEW OF CHANGES
UK CUSTOMERS
GREAT NEWS! We have reduced the threshold for FREE TRACKED shipping from £60 to £35!
For orders below £35 our shipping fees remain the same.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
While we have been able to avoid changing our UK shipping charges, there have been significant increases for our overseas large letter costs and we have reached a point where we can no longer afford to absorb all of these costs.
These changes will only effect our Large Letter untracked pricing, and do not apply to subscription products.
The good news is that we have also implemented a saving for our overseas customers, with tracked Large Letter and parcel shipping being reduced by £5 for any order over £35.
WHAT SIZE IS MY PARCEL?
We ship our orders via Royal Mail who classify parcels as “Large Letter” or “Small Parcel” based on their size.
All items within our shop are assigned to one of these two categories.
Your shipping cost will be calculated by the largest item in your order.
LARGE LETTER POSTAGE
The maximum size for items sent via Royal Mail large letter is 35 x 25 x 2.5cm, with a max weight of 750g.
(N.B. these are the external box dimensions. Packing materials must also be included within the size restrictions.)
For our items sized “Large Letter” you can opt for a standard or tracked service.
PARCEL POSTAGE
Anything with a depth over 2.5cm or weight over 750g will be classified as parcel sized.
We have made the decision to limit parcel shipping to a tracked only service as the price variation between tracked and untracked was negligible.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
We pack and ship Monday – Friday and aim to dispatch within 3 working days of receipt of the order.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We ship to the UK and Worldwide.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Guidance below is based on Royal Mail guidelines and is working days. Please allow longer in busier times.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?
If you are ordering from outside of the UK, your order may be eligible for customs or import duties/taxes. This is dependent on your country and completely outside of our control.
The threshold for fees and fees due vary from country to country. We are unable to give advice on an individual order.
HOW DO I FIND TRACKING DETAILS?
The status of your order and tracking information (if selected) can be found via the “Your Account” section of the website.
MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED
If your order has not arrived within our accepted time frame (see below), please contact us on orders@oopsadaisyuk.com.

- USA / ROW: 6 weeks
Please DO NOT send order enquiries via social media or send the same message via multiple different platforms. This will only cause confusion and delay our response to you.
