Daily Spreads – do you do it?

As a rule my journaling routine tends to comprise of Monthly and Weekly Spreads, along with collections and themed spreads around projects or hobbies I have. I don’t create a daily spread every day, however when I have a day in my home office with lots to do I find sitting down and creating this spread first thing really helps me focus on what I need to get done.

How is my spread structured?

On the left hand side of the spread I have my “top 3” the most important 3 things I need to get done in the day. Then I have my next 10, the other jobs for the day to concentrate on once my top 3 are complete. This helps me to prioritise the things I really need to get done and avoid procrastination!

On the right hand side of the spread I have a section for my agenda for the day, meal plan and step count. I’ve also added a box to reflect on my daily gratitude.

To build the structure of my page I use the Oops a Daisy MVP Stencil and a Staedtler Triplus Fineliner* (my go to pen), I then use my Tombow Dual-tips* and Deco Tape to give a little extra detail to the page.

Watch a little time lapse video of my daily spread set up below.

The whole thing took less than ten minutes to set up and fill in, ten minutes well spent in order to make my day as productive as possible!

Have a productive day

Big Love

I live in Essex in the UK with my gaggle of furry friends including Daisy the dog. I have had lifetime passion/obsession for beautiful stationery and to do lists which has lead me to the wonderful world of Bullet journals. When I first starting bullet journaling it struck me the lack of UK based resources for journal accessories which lead me to create my own. I know have my very own webshop selling my hand made journal stencils and ship all over the world and am just as enthusiastic as I ever was about stationery and organisation!!
