For this box, we thought we’d try something new and create some phone wallpapers to match the theme!

Now you can co-ordinate your phone with your journal, and get a little reminder to unwind every time you check your notifications.

To use, simply download the images to your phone, and set them as your homescreen or lockscreen wallpaper in your phone settings.

7 Days of Self Care Challenge

As part of your box, you have an early-bird invitation to Daisy’s 7 Days of Self Care Challenge

This is our 4th year running the challenge, and this one is bigger and better than ever. This year we are using a totally new format which we hope will make it even easier for everyone to take part!

The challenge this year will run during Mental Health Awareness Week – 9-15 May 2022.
