Our printable food diary is designed to be compatible with the Slimming World programme. The pages can be resized and printed in A4 or A5 for your ring-bound or disc-bound folder, or can be pasted into your Bullet Journal notebook.

The diary is split into two sections. The intro and the weekly food logs. The aim is to first get you to think about why you want to lose weight and really set you up for success. It also provides a log of your weight and measurements and allows you to set achievable goals.

The intro contains:

Page 5. Weight loss goal
Page 6. Weight loss log
Page 7. Weight loss rewards
Page 8. Positivity page
Page 9. Top food list
Page 10. Recipe page

Then each weekly section contains:

Page 12. Week intro
Page 13. Shopping list
Pages 14-20. Daily log
Page 21. Weekly review

The weekly section is repeated x2 making a total of 31 pages (with the front cover). The weekly section can be reprinted as needed for maximum flexibility.

To get the most out of your diary, work your way through the intro setting goals, writing down favourite foods and recipes to try and reminding yourself why you want to do this!

When it comes to the weekly section, each week think about the days ahead and write down what challenges you will face, how you will move more and what you plan to eat. There is also a page to write down your weekly shopping list. Every day you can log your food and water intake and what exercise you did that day. At the end of every week you can log your weight change and reflect on how the week went.

Notes for use: The pages will default print in A4 size. In order to print onto A5 paper please select A5 in your printer settings. In order to print 2 x A5 page onto A4 paper, select 2 pages per sheet in your printer settings.

    Exactly what I was looking for! I have to write things down otherwise I forget what I’ve had. Brilliant product. Especially love the measurements pages and the reflection at the end of each week. Really helps me to plan and keep on track. Thanks Oops a Daisy!
