Reviewing the Month

The end of each month is a great opportunity to look back and reflect on your successes and challenges. It’s something I’m consciously trying to do more of in my 2019 journal.

My January monthly review not only allows me to look at successes and challenges but also record the things I have been enjoying.

My spread (shown below) was created as usual in my Scribbles that Matter Journal* using Staedtler Triplus Fineliner Pens*, Faber-Castell Polychromos Pencils* and the brand new Oops a Daisy Month End Review Stencil*

The stencil provides icons for the “I am currently…” section and also an icon for my “Traffic Light Review” where I look at what I want to stop, start and continue in the current month.

I have also created a handy downloadable review page that you can print off for free and add in to your journal.

My aim for this year is to complete this process at the end of each month, I’m hoping it will keep me more mindful of my goals and provide a great overview of the year as a whole.

I’d love to see your monthly reviews, if you are on Facebook join us in the Bullet Journal Squad group and share what you’ve been up to!

Have a great month and happy journaling

Jo

I live in Essex in the UK with my gaggle of furry friends including Daisy the dog. I have had lifetime passion/obsession for beautiful stationery and to do lists which has lead me to the wonderful world of Bullet journals. When I first starting bullet journaling it struck me the lack of UK based resources for journal accessories which lead me to create my own. I know have my very own webshop selling my hand made journal stencils and ship all over the world and am just as enthusiastic as I ever was about stationery and organisation!!
