Plan With Me | April

The start of April coincided with time for me to set up a brand new journal.

There are few things in life more inspiring than a brand new notebook: My newest notebook is a fuchsia pink Scribbles that Matter A5 Pro. I switched to this brand a couple of notebooks ago and haven’t looked back. I love the thick pages, the bright cover choices and the number of pages lasts me around 3-4 months which means I get to enjoy a new one often!

I will go through each of the spreads one by one below, if you want to skip through to my Journal Flip Through video click here!

How does it start?

Every new Bullet Journal I create starts with a Future Log which for me is created very simply by splitting each A5 page in half vertically, popping a monthly calendar sticker at the top of the column and then adding all the important info for the month below.

My April 2019 – March 2020 Future Log

What next?

After the future log I then add any long term trackers or project pages. In this journal I added a “journal goals” page – a list of things I want to achieve by the end of the journal.

How much do you love the Cats in Hats Washi tape????

I then created a weight loss spread, along with spreads to track my Instagram and Facebook followers.

Hello April!

After these pages it was time to add in my April monthly pages. All of these were themed around Hot Air Balloons using the Hot Air Balloon stencil and washi tape.

The pages include:

  • Monthly Habit Tracker
  • Hello April Cover Page
  • April Calender
  • April Master to-do list
  • Weekly Spread

That’s me ready to go! I really love sitting down and spending some quality time setting up a new journal.

Check out my video below for a walk through the journal with commentary from yours truely!

I hope you’ve enjoyed a sneak peak inside my new journal, I’d love to hear your feedback – pop me a comment or a question below!

Happy Journaling

I live in Essex in the UK with my gaggle of furry friends including Daisy the dog. I have had lifetime passion/obsession for beautiful stationery and to do lists which has lead me to the wonderful world of Bullet journals. When I first starting bullet journaling it struck me the lack of UK based resources for journal accessories which lead me to create my own. I know have my very own webshop selling my hand made journal stencils and ship all over the world and am just as enthusiastic as I ever was about stationery and organisation!!
