7 Days of Self-Care – Day 1 – Flowers

Today’s Self-Care Activity

Buy yourself flowers!

For the first day of the challenge we are keeping the activity pretty simple! You don’t need to sit around waiting for someone else to buy you flowers. Channel your inner Miley and buy them yourself! If the budget doesn’t allow, get crafty and make yourself a bunch using some scrap paper and tooth picks!

Today’s Journaling Prompt

How can you love yourself better?

What are things that you could do for yourself that you might traditionally wait for someone else to do, or save for a time that you are spending with other people? Here are some examples: Making a fancy dinner just for you, getting dressed up, or burning the expensive candles. Make a list of 3 things and schedule them in your diary for this month!

I live in Essex in the UK with my gaggle of furry friends including Daisy the dog. I have had lifetime passion/obsession for beautiful stationery and to do lists which has lead me to the wonderful world of Bullet journals. When I first starting bullet journaling it struck me the lack of UK based resources for journal accessories which lead me to create my own. I know have my very own webshop selling my hand made journal stencils and ship all over the world and am just as enthusiastic as I ever was about stationery and organisation!!

  1. I have scheduled a cinema trip on my own and looking forward to it. I bought a bunch of inexpensive daffodils today to brighten up my day.
