Welcome to the Monthly One Subscriber FAQ! Keep reading to find out how to get the most out of your new monthly journaling subscription.

What is the next theme?

We announce the upcoming theme, via our blog, around 2 weeks before the next payment is due. Make sure you are signed up for blog notifications so you don’t miss out!

When will my payment be taken?

Your initial payment is taken on sign-up, and will be for the current month’s box, as shown on the monthly subscriptions home page.

After your initial sign-up, subsequent payments will be taken on the 1st of every month.

When will my box be sent?

Boxes are dispatched on (or just before) 14th of each month.

If you sign up 1st-13th of the month your first box will be dispatched as per our monthly schedule above.

If you sign up 14th-31st of the month you first box will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.

I don’t fancy the upcoming theme, can I pause?

Yes, absolutely! We inform subscribers of the upcoming theme, via our blog, approximately two weeks before the next payment is due to be taken. If you would like to skip the next box please log into “My Account” and pause your subscription prior to the payment date. The subscription will remain paused until you activate it again.

My subscription is on hold, but I would like the next theme. When should I unpause?

In order for a payment to be taken for the upcoming month’s theme, you will need to unpause your subscription before the 1st of the month. If you unpause after this time it will default to the 1st of the following month, meaning you will not receive this theme.

If you decide after the 1st of the month that you would like that month’s theme, you will need to contact us to manually process your payment.

How do I change my payment details?

Log into “my account” and select the subscriptions tab. Here you will have the option to change your payment details for your active subscriptions.

How do I upgrade my subscription from the Mini One to the Combo?

To switch between variations of the monthly subscription (Daisy Says, Mini One or Monthly Combo) you will need to take the following steps to ensure you do not receive duplicates of the same theme:

  1. Cancel existing subscription PRIOR to payment being taken (1st of the month).
  2. Create a new subscription ON OR AFTER the 1st of the month.

Please note: Your existing subscription will show as ‘pending cancellation’ until the last day of the calendar month.

How do I change my address?

If your upcoming payment has not yet been taken, you can log into “My Account” and change your shipping details within your subscription.

If the subscription renewal has already processed and payment has been taken you will need to drop us an email to [email protected] and we can do this for you.

Where are the co-ordinating digital items for my box?

You will find all the co-ordinating products and digital resources within the Subscriber Zone.

Where can I buy the storage folder for my Mini One stencils and stickers?

You can find our specially designed Mini One storage folder in the Oops a Daisy shop.

Are there additional items to co-ordinate with my box?

Yes, absolutely! Each month we create a monthly digital bundle and co-ordinating patterned paper printables. If the theme allows, we may also have additional font stencils! You will find details of the co-ordinating items in the “What’s Inside?” blog posts, or shop the items in the Monthly One Subscriber Shop for a 10% discount on the standard pricing!

Can I buy duplicates of any of the items in the box?

Occasionally, we have items left over from our subscription boxes. We add these to the Mini One Subscriber Shop for our subscribers to buy at 10% discount on our standard pricing.

I’m a new subscriber, can I buy past boxes?

All of our subscription boxes are limited edition. If we have any stock remaining, after our subscribers have received their boxes, we will add them to the “Past Boxes” section of our shop.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can log into “My Account” to view, edit, pause or cancel your subscription. If payment has already been taken for the next box, it will still be dispatched to you. If you don’t want to receive the next box, please make sure you cancel before the next payment is taken. You will also continue to have access to the subscriber zone for the remainder of the quarter that you have made payment for.

I purchased a pre-pay subscription, how will I know when it ends?

You will be emailed at the end of your payment term to let you know the pre-pay subscription has ended. You can also check this by logging into “My Account” and clicking the subscriptions tab.
