If you haven’t yet joined the #ListWithMeChallenge, what are you waiting for?

Each month we will publish weekly prompts from which you can create lists in your journal!

The January Prompts are as follows:

A little bit more information on each of the prompts…

Dec 31 – S.M.A.R.T Goals

To make sure your 2019 goals are achievable, think SMART!

S.M.A.R.T goals should be…

Specific

Measurable

Achievable

Realistic

Time bound

For example:

“Lose weight” is not a SMART goal, however “lose 20lbs by the end of July 2019” is!

It is SPECIFIC and MEASURED (20lbs loss), REALISTIC and ACHIEVABLE (1lb a week), and TIIME BOUND (by the end of July).

7th January – 15 Minute Self-care

Self-care can be tricky to fit into your day, this week’s prompt is all about creating a list of self-care actions that can be achieved in 15 minutes or less… for inspiration, my post is below!

I created this list in my A5 Scribbles that Matter* using just 3 tools:

MVP Stencil

Black Staedtler Triplus Fineliner*

Tombow Dualtip ‘Mist Purple’ from Pastels Pack*

14th January – Nourishing Meals

This week’s list is all about nutrition. You can take this prompt to mean anything you want it too. As its January it might be a list of healthy, low calorie meals, or alternatively meals that feed your soul! Think self-care!

21st January – Ways to Move More

Sometimes it can be difficult to carve out time to go to the gym or an exercise class, so this weeks prompt is all about how we can move more in our everyday lives.

One of my top tips is parking at the back of the supermarket car park!

28th January – Songs to Make You Smile

Create your ultimate HAPPY playlist!!

Sharing Your Spreads!

Every week we will share the prompts in the Bullet Journal Squad Facebook Group, and on Instagram using the hashtag #ListWithMeChallenge!

If you would like to share the pages you create, please remember to use the challenge hashtag to make them searchable.

Each month will share a few favourites from the month before in my #ListWithMeChallenge Blog Post, here is this months….

I live in Essex in the UK with my gaggle of furry friends including Daisy the dog. I have had lifetime passion/obsession for beautiful stationery and to do lists which has lead me to the wonderful world of Bullet journals. When I first starting bullet journaling it struck me the lack of UK based resources for journal accessories which lead me to create my own. I know have my very own webshop selling my hand made journal stencils and ship all over the world and am just as enthusiastic as I ever was about stationery and organisation!!
