It’s easy to have good intentions and think about making time for self-care, but life is often so hectic that we can easily become overwhelmed, and even our best-laid plans can fall by the wayside.

 

To get the most out of this challenge, we recommend sitting down beforehand and planning your week. Be sure to write down how and when you will fit in your 30 minutes of self-care each day.

 

To make this process easier we have created a handy printable for you to print at home and complete!
