Daisy’s 7 Days of Self-Care

 

Welcome to Daisy’s 7 Days of Self-Care Challenge! This is now our 4th year running the challenge, and this year is bigger and better than ever! We are using a totally new format which we hope will make it even easier for everyone to take part.

 

The challenge this year will run during Mental Health Awareness Week: 9th – 15th May 2022.

7 Categories of Self-Care

 

Every day we will provide a journaling prompt and a self-care challenge based on each of our 7 categories:

  4. Mental
  5. Physical
  6. Practical
  7. Spiritual

 

How do I take part?

 

It is completely free of charge to take part in the challenge – Enrol now to guarantee your place!

 

Every day through the week you will gain access to a new challenge prompt. There are also some extra freebies for you to download during the course to help you with your planning.

 

All of our daily self-care challenges should take no more than 30 minutes (unless you want them to!)

Introduction
Welcome to Daisy's 7 days of self-care. The challenge begins on 9th May 2022, but here is a little bit more information (and your first assignment) to get you started!

The Night Before

Monday
Today is day one of the 7 day challenge and our focus is emotional self care! Take a look at our journal prompt and self-care challenge for the day. Don't forget to share your experiences on social media using the hashtag #Daisys7DaysofSelfCare.

Tuesday
It's the second day of the 7 day challenge and our focus is social self care! Take a look at our journal prompt and self-care challenge for the day. Don't forget to share your experiences on social media using the hashtag #Daisys7DaysofSelfCare.

Wednesday
It's hump day and our focus today is professional self care! Take a look at our journal prompt and self-care challenge for the day. Don't forget to share your experiences on social media using the hashtag #Daisys7DaysofSelfCare.

Thursday

Saturday
