2020 was a LOT. I think we could all do with a little self care! Given the restrictions we are currently living in, a lot of that self care is going to have to take place at home… So this years 7 Days of Self Care is Hygge themed!
What is Hygge?
Hygge Pronounced “hoo-ga,” is a Danish concept that cannot be translated to one single word but encompasses a feeling of cozy contentment and well-being through enjoying the simple things in life.
What is Daisy’s 7 days of self care?
Every day for 7 days we will provide a self care task and a journal prompt. The task will take no longer that 30 minutes and require no special equipment! This is all about making time for the simple things in life that take care of you!
When is the challenge?
The challenge for 2021 will be held from 25th to 31st January.
How do I join in?
We will be sending the daily prompts by email, to sign up, subscribe to our newsletter below and make sure you tick the opt in box for “7 Days of Self Care”!
