Daisy’s 7 Days of Self Care is BACK!

This year we have a whole new format and we want it to be bigger and better than ever!

All new format!

Our challenge now has an online hub, where you will find the daily challenges, journal prompts and bonus resources.

Each day we will focus on a different category of self-care. There will be a self-care challenge and journal prompt every day, along with additional resources, printables and videos!

9th – 15th May 2022

How much is it?

It is completely free to take part!

Will I need lots of time or special equipment?

No! We ask that you set aside 30 minutes a day to complete the challenge. You will not need any special equipment, just yourself and a desire to get involved!

How do I sign up?

It’s easy..

  1. Add the self-care challenge to your basket and check out (free of charge) – (You will need to create an account for our web shop if you don’t already have one.)
  2. You can access the challenge area through our new challenge dashboard. (You can access this from your “My Account” page.)
  3. Inside the challenge dashboard you can add a profile picture and bio. You can also edit your display name via the settings tab.

How do I get started?

  1. Once you have signed up, access the challenge area via the new Challenge Dashboard.
  2. We have added some introductory videos to explain a little more how the challenge will work.
  3. Once you have watched these videos, complete the first assignment to get prepared for the challenge!
  4. Every day throughout the challenge the prompts will appear under their specific day.
  5. There is a Q&A area where you can discuss the prompts with the community and give feedback.
  6. Share your experiences on social media using the hashtag #Daisys7DaysofSelfCare
